EDGE OF ETERNITIES IS HERE!
The new Edge of Eternities set delivers a vibrant fusion of sci-fi spectacle and classic Magic elements—magic meets spaceships, black holes, cosmic horror, and land-sucking monsters. Its bold mechanics, art-forward treatments, and format impact make it a milestone release. Whether you’re assembling a Standard deck or piloting a starship commander, there’s something starlit for every player.
This space fantasy expansion is set in the Sothera system—a star blasted realm at the “edge of the Multiverse,” populated with alien species, collapsing suns, and cosmic intrigue. It’s Magic’s most focused “space opera” story to date, taking cues from Star Wars, Buck Rogers, and even Spelljammer.
The story is about a fanatical group known as the Monoists who triggered the collapse of a sun, creating Sothera, the Supervoid (mythic rare creature) black hole at the system’s center. This cosmic anomaly is the central element of the setting and game play. Meet Tezzeret, Cruel Captain who is reimagined as a rogue space captain, alongside scoundrels like Sami and their Kavu partner Tannuk. They’ll chase mysteries, including a missing cat, aboard their ship The Seriema. Expect holy wars, spaceship battles, and planetary-scale threats—all tied into the narrative and card design. We’ll also see the return of the Eldrazi, Slivers, and Shock lands.
New card types include spacecraft/spacestation, a new artifact subtype where tapping creatures adds charge counters; at threshold, they become powerful artifacts/creatures. Dauntless Scrapbot a robot artifact creature reminiscent of the character WALL-E, exiles opponent’s graveyards and search lands. Famished Worldsire is a gigantic green leviathan that devours lands for +1/+1 counters—and extra land plays—a literal planet-eater!
With the card World Shaper you may mill three cards. When World Shaper dies, put all land cards from your graveyard onto the battlefield tapped. Other cards of interest include Reroute Systems, a White instant for Station synergy which either clears tapped threats or grants indestructible, Roving Actuator, a Red artifact creature with Void synergy; fuel for recursion decks, and Seedship Broodtender, a Golgari insect that mills and recovers creatures or spacecraft.
We have all these MtG proxy cards from Edge of Eternities and more. Complimentary cards from previous sets include various Slivers to go with the new Thrumming Hivepool, an artifact that gives your Slivers double strike and haste; you also reduce the cost to cast by 1 for every Sliver you control.

Haha, Sothera sounds like a place where my cat *actually* got lost, but maybe it’s being eaten by a giant land-devouring green thing instead of just vanishing into thin air! Can’t wait to play as Tezzeret, the Rogue Space Captain, and run my Wall-E-esque Dauntless Scrapbot around exiling graveyards. Though, my Monoist opponent is gonna love trying to mill me with World Shaper – just hope *I’m* the one shapping when it dies! Fun times chasing a missing cat and starting holy wars in space!アイム ノット ヒューマン エンディング

Any plans to do the textured full art sothera or even Soul Stone in the future? Would love to see them.

I’m sorry, we don’t do custom orders because we don’t print the cards. The proxies are printed in playing card factories in China and Germany. We buy them in wholesale lots for resale. The only cards available are listed on the website, but check back from time to time because we will be adding new inventory when or if it becomes available. https://www.mtgproxies.biz/

This Monoist sun collapse sounds like my Tuesday morning – chaotic and somehow involving a black hole. But a rogue space captain Tezzeret? Now Im intrigued, possibly more than the missing cat theyre chasing. Exiling graveyards with Dauntless Scrapbot? Sign me up, Ive got a robot vacuum that barely picks up dust bunnies. And a planet-eating green leviathan? Perfect for my garden gnome problem! Just hope World Shaper doesnt die when I cast it; my land ramp plans rely on it. Overall, sounds like a fun ride through Sothera, just hope they have decent snacks in that black hole.angel prophecy deltarune

Haha, Sothera sounds like a great place to lose my cat too! Forget vanishing, I hope its getting devoured by the giant green thing – at least thats a *story* my cat could tell! And Tezzeret as a Rogue Space Captain? Brilliant! Running a Dauntless Scrapbot to exile graveyards while my Monoist opponent gets milled by World Shaper? Now thats a space opera with a side of existential dread! Just hope my cats disappearance doesnt trigger a planetary-scale threat… or a holy war. Cant wait for the foils, though – maybe my cat will even get a card!
